Pierre Menard Home Important Information

From September 5th to September 11th the Pierre Menard Home State Historic Site & Museum will be closed. I will be out of town for authorized leave, and due to the allotted personnel at the Pierre Menard Home as well as our other state historic sites, there is not enough staff to share personnel or to keep the Home open for this short period of time. I will return September 12th ready for your visits, however if you choose to visit the grounds, please do, you are very welcome, just respect the property and leave it as you found it. Thank you all for your understanding and patience. Please feel free to share this message with family & friends.

Note: One of my volunteers may be here working in the Period Garden, but she will not have access to the Home, the museum, or the bathrooms.
